Technology academy characterized by the promotion of technological innovation, in order to provide students with a structured development environment, in which knowledge of technology is used as a lever for innovation, aiming at training digital business managers, with extensive knowledge of technologies applicable to these businesses.
The internship program for students from the Germinare BUSINESS school at this business academy started in September 2020, with the development track divided into three phases:
• Phase 1 – Operations
• Phase 2 – Programming
• Phase 3 – Product
Students enter internships on a path that aims to prepare them for the position of product manager, running PicPay micro businesses.
Thus, 1st grade high school students work in phase 1 of the internship, with demand for daily production, performed by 2nd grade students, who carry out phase 2 of the internship, as they have a higher level of complexity, since they are Information system and production system projects were carried out, adding greater value in the delivery of work developed by students to the PicPay teams.
Then, the 2nd grade interns are moved to phase 3 of the internship, in which they begin to experience working in product management.

Its general objective is to provide students with a vision of legal risks for the proper conduct of their business activities, in accordance with the areas of business, labor and consumer law.
Through an activity that involves challenge, ingenuity and a healthy dose of competition, OBI aims to awaken in students an interest in a very important science in current basic training: computer science.
