Germinare BUSINESS school’s business academy, which finds its driving force in retail. It is, therefore, a service academy that provides retail business management content, with an emphasis on product knowledge, people management, superlative service, sales, expansion, sustainability and digital transformation, providing students with a practical view that is very close to the reality of the business.
This is the academy responsible for developing management and leadership and teaches content directly linked to soft skills, essential skills for a leader who aims to build high-performance teams.
The curriculum for the 1st grade of high school consists of store management classes, in which topics such as team management, products and planogram are covered. In the 2nd and 3rd grades, then, students are part of the Loja Escola Program and have classes on the Route of Autonomy and Operational Excellence. Thus, students are able to start their internship in sales at Swift stores, following a development path that goes through the management of a budget store in the order of a million, with leadership training, from people management and development to strategic business management. At the end, the student has the possibility of becoming a district sales manager, being responsible for some Swift stores.

The 6th year students get to know and become enchanted with the business world through lectures and interviews with the leaders of the J&F Group companies. In addition to developing projects and visiting the group’s offices.
Students learn from the great leaders of the J&F Group companies, who share their experience in decision-making.
Swift training, focused on handling different products and learning practical and tasty recipes.
Aimed at students in the 2nd and 3rd grades of high school who already work as managers at a Swift store, the program aims to address issues of operational excellence, leadership and decision-making.
Applied to the 1st year of high school, the Pilot Store project is made up of store management classes, focused on connecting the theory seen in the classroom with the process being carried out in the practice of the business itself.
Dedicated to former students, the District Development Program has as its main objective to develop, in an accelerated way, the competencies for a new pipeline (leader of a leader).
