How should the uniform be worn?

The use of the uniform is a requirement of the Germinare BUSINESS school, in all situations, as it strengthens the student’s identification with the school and with the group, allowing him to feel part of a community.

– The student must be properly uniformed every day. We will not allow you to remain at school without your uniform.

– The uniforms are provided by the Germinare BUSINESS school or by the companies where the students do their internship. Therefore, families and students are responsible for maintaining the clothes, ensuring that they are always in good condition.

– There will be no replacement of lost clothes. If necessary, other uniform sets can be purchased by interested parties from the supplier.

– All clothing and belongings must be identified with the student’s full name, to avoid loss or exchange of items, as they are identical.

How should the material be used?

The Germinare BUSINESS school is digital, therefore, the use of notebooks and the like can only occur in curricular components and specific situations, with the consent of the teacher.

Each student will receive a notebook, for which they will have full responsibility. Any damage or loss must be reimbursed by the student’s family.

How are meals prepared at school?

The Alimentare Project was born in 2016 with the mission of providing healthy food for students, with the introduction of foods without fried foods, without preservatives, without dyes and without additives that have no nutritional value in the composition of meals. As all meals are provided by the Germinare BUSINESS school, it is not allowed to bring snacks from home, for food safety reasons and for a healthy and balanced diet.

Families whose students have some type of food allergy must immediately notify the school by e-mail apoio.pedagogico@ germinare.org.br.

What is AVV and how does it work?

Verification of adherence to values in Elementary School II and in Secondary Education integrated with professional training in administration and High School integrated with professional training in systems development is supported by the School Regulations and the pedagogical proposal of the Germinare school BUSINESS and is based on the diagnosis of attitudes, skills and prognosis of their development potential, as well as the identification of adherence to the values of the Germinare BUSINESS culture.

The value assessment grade refers to the numerical grade assigned to each of the values throughout the school semester and is the result of the arithmetic mean of the seven values. The numerical concept is assigned according to the following evaluation scale:

  • Note 1 – Behavior below expectations

Shows behavior that does not meet expectations, requiring a review of attitudes because they are out of line with the school’s values.

  • Note 2 – Behavior in need of development

May show appropriate behavior at times, but the quality of this behavior needs to be improved and there is demonstration of ability to adapt to the school’s values.

  • Note 3 – Behavior as expected

Behaves in a 100% appropriate manner, in accordance with what is desired and in line with the school’s values.

  • Note 4 – Behavior above expectations

Shows behavior above expectations, often surpassing expected attitudes.

  • Note 5 – Exceptional behavior

He behaves in an exemplary manner and constantly exceeds expectations, being a reference and a model in his work.

The verification of school performance in Elementary Education II and in Secondary Education integrated with professional training in administration is supported by the School Regulations and the school’s pedagogical proposal and is based on the division of the school year into 2 semesters, in order to achieve the following basic objectives:

I – Diagnose skills and competences and predict essential aptitudes;

II – Identify eventual student difficulties in the evolution of learning.

Thus, the development of students in the teaching and learning process will be measured using at least two assessment instruments, which will result in the semester grade of each curricular component:

The grade 1 (N1) reflects the qualitative analysis of the student;

Grade 2 (N2) reflects the student’s qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.

In this way, the semester results of the evaluations carried out will be summarized, at the end of each academic semester, in the following terms:

Semester results will be expressed in grades from 0 to 10, graduated in hundredths;

The semester bulletins will indicate the individual semester grades of each curricular component and will be published electronically;

The final grade for the school year in the last four years of Elementary School and in the three grades of High School integrated with professional training in administration will be the result of the average of the two semesters determined as follows:

  • 1st semester – weight 1
  • 2nd semester – weight 2

Will be considered promotedfor the following year, in Elementary School II, or the next grade, in High School integrated with professional training in administration, the student who obtains a final grade equal to or greater than 7 in all components curricula that form the grid of the respective year or series.
