Who we are

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure reproduces the corporate environment. Therefore, our classrooms have automated climate control, meeting tables, acoustic insulation, ergonomic chairs, cameras, microphones, speakers, projectors and digital whiteboards.

The school was designed with state-of-the-art, high-tech equipment. We also have an auditorium with capacity for 200 people and recording rooms for distance learning classes, courses and lectures. In addition, for the first time in an institution in Brazil, there will be the implementation of 63 LED screens, with the most advanced technology and live capture of spaces of the group’s businesses.

To assist in academic training and building the students’ repertoire, we have 40,000 titles between the physical and virtual libraries, which can be accessed through individual notebooks, delivered free of charge to all students, as well as digital teaching material.

In addition to a cafeteria that serves more than 3,000 meals a day (3 per student), fresh fruit is available throughout the period, in which there are also physical preparation classes, with a structure for the practice of table tennis, according to standards considered world reference.

For this, we integrate with the J&F Group’s businesses, in which the student understands the business dynamics much more easily, gradually inserting himself in this context, narrowing, in an increasingly effective way, the approximation between the teaching process and of learning and the organizational reality. Faced with the different fronts and possibilities for action that they face during their training, students identify their aptitude, which will direct them to the most appropriate route for their future professional career.

In addition, all students are monitored by a specialized team throughout their pedagogical and professional development. In this way, they are helped in the values and receive constant feedback, all this for their integral growth.

We also have the Odette platform, an LMS (learning management system) that serves our entire educational system, from the pedagogical area to the school management area, centralizing all the data and the produced knowledge. With this, it is possible to manage not only history and information for real-time monitoring of what happens in the classrooms, but also the necessary knowledge for decision-making.

Finally, our education is completely free and integral, with highly qualified teachers dedicated to the school, in addition to providing uniforms and teaching materials.
