Organizational structure

The J&F Institute is a non-profit organization sponsored by J&F and Joesley Batista as president, creator and leader of the entire strategic vision of its activity pillars.

Concerning the team composition, which develops its activities, thanks to the articulated work between educational directors and directors with practical experience in Business, we have a hybrid expertise, which has been increasingly confirmed as a decisive differential, both for the trajectory and recognition of the Institute and for the achievement of our most recent results.

In this way, the leadership of the J&F Institute is composed of seven directors with diverse experience between teaching and business, namely:

Maria Odete Perrone has been a J&F Institute collaborator since its first phase, which began in 2009. She has more than 50 years of experience in the Educational area  and has worked in the best schools in São Paulo, and is currently responsible for the pedagogical board of all J&F Institute schools: Germinare BUSINESS, Germinare TECH, Germinare VET and Instituto J&F Família.

Luizinho Magalhães brings together 35 years of experience in the same area, focusing on Management and Innovation, having already worked in a school with 5,000 students, where he performed all functions in the pedagogical area and participated in the creation of UNO Internacional and Escolas Concept and Luminova. Today, he is the academic director of the Instituto J&F Community and Studios Project.

Paulo Gualtieri has more than 20 years of experience in large retailers, such as GPA, Giga, Mambo Atacadista and Rede Dia, having also held positions of general director and vice president.

João Audi, who has  42 years of experience in the area, has already worked in the beef cattle business, and was sales director for the domestic market, regional director for SP and MS and director of beef jerky at Friboi.

Rodrigo Motta, who, in addition to having extensive experience in the commercial area, was one of the partners of Sucos do Bem, from its launch until its sale to Ambev. He has a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and is the author of ten books.

Sérgio Gabriele has approximately  30 years of experience in the financial market, having already worked as a partner in Investment Funds.

Raul Moreira is Banco Original, PicPay and CredNovo director, as well as director of ABECS (Brazilian Association of Cards and Services Companies) and director of ABBC (Brazilian Association of Banks). He brings together more than 36 years of experience in the financial market and technology, where he held various positions. Among them, those of director and vice-president of Banco do Brasil SA.

Each of these directors has their own high-performance teams to impact the education of students throughout their journey in Business Education at the J&F Institute. In these teams, in turn, we also find a multiplicity of profiles that only reinforces our proposal.
