Over almost 70 years of consistent growth and values dissemination, J&F – present in more than 190 countries and with more than 267,000 employees – has noticed the need to concentrate its expertise to develop an initiative that, without disassociating itself from the business, would also fulfill a social role.
And, as a response to this need, it was in 2008 that, still as president of JBS, Joesley Batista idealized the J&F Institute in 2008.
Through the Institute, Joesley’s purpose was to enhance a project focused on excellence in education. However, not in any line of education, but rather an education project focused on business.
