Basic and Professional Education

This pillar is made up of Elementary Education, Middle-Level Technical Professional Education and family orientation, that is, it comprises all the schools of the J&F Institute. It aims, therefore, the development of young people who have a lot of will and intelligence (both cognitive and emotional) and who share each of our seven values.

This way, it presents a development proposal based on practical learning and anticipation of the career decision for Elementary School II.

J&F Institute Family

Aimed at students who attend from the 6th year of Elementary School to the 3rd year of High School, Germinare BUSINESS ( the J&F Institute Business School) is responsible for training Business Players, that is, young business leaders able to manage revenues in the order of millions.

Through the Mid-Level Technical Professional Education in Business Administration, it offers high-quality education, connected with business reality, in which students learn through four business academies: Commodities, Retail, Brands and Digital Business and Finance.

Aimed at high school students, Germinare TECH is the J&F Institute school responsible for training system developers and data analysts.

In it, students learn from basic training in computing to front-end, back-end and full stack, and can also choose to specialize in data analysis, passing through content such as data lake, data transformation and data science.

Also aimed at high school students, Germinare VET is the J&F Institute school that trains veterinary technicians, with an emphasis on production supervision.

In order to be properly connected with the market reality, the space in which Germinare VET carries out its activities is located at the JBS animal breeding and animal protein processing plants, located in the municipalities of Lins (SP) and Amparo (SP).

This way, during high school, student´s training is based on a hybrid teaching-learning system, that is, on a teaching proposal that is simultaneously technical and academic, which contains components of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and those specific of the veterinary field.

Aware of a globalized scenario, which presents different demands to families, the J&F FAMÍLIA Institute provides guidance and training for those responsible for students at our technical professionalizing schools, in addition to offering psychopedagogical support to students.

To this end, with regard to families, it holds weekly meetings consisting of reflective practices (such as debates, face-to-face activities and live broadcasts) and has an integrative platform organized into thematic courses.
